LaVorgna's on screen career began when he was three years old at which time he first appeared on the daytime series As the World Turns. He has since made many guest appearances on television shows, as well as starring in Brooklyn Bridge and 7th Heaven. In 1993, he received the Youth in Film Award for Best Actor for his work on Brooklyn Bridge.

At the hospital, Rachel - who has no insurance - cajoles Monica into trading identities so she can use Monica's coverage. When Ursula breaks Joey's heart Phoebe tries to fix it.
